Desktop Technician (A+) with windows xp, smartboards, sound system/audio, computer peripheral and education/school/government experience

Provide hands on support for staff
Troubleshoots and repairs computer problems related to hardware and software for Dell computers
• Provides assistance with the use of classroom technologies: ie. Smartboards, Lightspeed Sound systems, and document cameras
• Documents problems and resolutions.
• Escalates problems as needed
• Strong customer service skills are important in this position.
Candidate will report to work at 3999 Bridge View Dr and will obtain work orders.
Candidate will report to each site and complete tickets for that site and will update service requests throughout the day. Candidate will account for work orders using a daily log sheet.
