Test and distribute deployment of code and solutions on to target test servers and production servers.
2. Integrates software, tests and modifies components and application modules produced by outside vendors, contractors, suppliers, or other entities, so that these modules perform as designed in the agency environment.
3. Develops the necessary documentation for project statements of work, business requirements, storyboards, functional specifications, systems & end-user documentation through a process of meeting with customers and clients, documenting the requirements specified by those clients, and translating those requirements into project documentation and specifications.
4. Investigates errors and problems within application components and modules, remediates and solves these issues, and communicates these solutions to application customers and users using specific application defect-tracking methodology and software. 
5. Report progress weekly to management and project manager.

Currently, local agency data is not standardized and is collected by Client on an ad-hoc basis, therefore resulting in discrepancies between the local agencies and Client’s statewide GIS databases. Client’s desired solution will provide a mechanism for local agencies to submit data to Client, data processing routines to assimilate local agency data to Client standards, quality control procedures to identify spatial discrepancies and RIMS compliance, and data processing to prepare import files for the RIMS and GIS systems.

Certifications, Experience, and Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Minimum of at least 3 years of successful project management in network installation projects in large K-12 school districts within the last 5 years
Familiarity with all NEC, EIA, TIA, standards
Direct supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
District-wide travel

Client is seeking a project management solution for successful execution of network system planning and installation in new and renovated facilities.
Specifically, the Contractor will provide comprehensive project management services, which will facilitate successful installation of equipment in new and renovated facilities. This project management solution should cover:
Initial planning meetings with Client Infrastructure and Support Team to define the requirements for the systems listed above. 
Development of detailed scope of work and timeline for installations.
Coordination of the timeline for installation of the systems listed above.
Oversight/supervision of the installation of the systems listed above.
Certification and sign-off on completed installations.

Project Management Services
This position is responsible for coordinating designated installation crews and assigned projects, insuring quality and timeliness of installation projects, and overall project management. Project management responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
Conducting/attending meetings with contractors
Coordinating contractors/trades
Reviewing plans, drawings, schedules, etc.
Manage major project tasks and time lines
Conducting site inspections
Quality Assurance
Receiving, reviewing and approving submittals and deliverables
Preparing/reviewing punch lists
Conducting acceptance meetings
Managing the Change Order/Service Order process
Insuring quality and timeliness of installation projects.
Project Documentation as necessary
