Responsibilities:
The Business Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

          Coordinate Client support of Document Management, Enhancement, Testing, BPR and other Business related workstreams to ensure integration with the technical related workstreams.

          Participate in enhancing ongoing enterprise architecture development, focusing on business architecture.

- Proficiency in speaking and comprehending the English language (Must be able to speak English that can be understood by native speakers of English and must be able to comprehend English when spoken by native speakers of English.).  Personal interview will be used to determine if the candidate satisfactorily meets qualification.
- Satisfactory reference check.
- Minimum of three(3) years hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Web applications in a .NET/IIS environment, with at least one (1) year of that experience in .NET 3.5
- Minimum of one (1) year hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 applications
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in web-based development using C#, ASP.NET 3.0 and above, and SQL Server

 

DESIRABLE Experience

Listed in order of importance: All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years.
1.   Hands-on experience putting into production operation a full-cycle Dynamics CRM implementation.

2.   Hands-on experience creating custom entities and associated forms and views in MS Dynamics CRM 4.0, including advanced validation of form data and callouts to CRM objects

3.   Hands-on experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 interfaces using CSS, custom plug-ins, and custom workflows

4.   Hands-on experience modifying entities, forms, and views for existing custom entities in MS Dynamics CRM 4.0

5.   Hands-on experience importing data from other systems into Dynamics CRM 4.0

6. Hands-on experience writing DHTML with Jscript and/or JavaScript and CSS in a Microsoft CRM 4.0 environment.

7.  Hands-on experience installing, configuring and administering Microsoft CRM 4.0, including user accounts, profiles, roles and other security settings.

8.  Hands-on experience using the Visual Studio 2005 and/or 2008 development environment and tools

9. Hands-on experience in SharePoint 2007 development

10. Hands-on development experience using Microsoft Team Foundation System for source code version control

11. Hands-on experience developing maps, pipelines, and orchestrations in BizTalk 2006
