Comments: Need a web designer to create a new web application for the Client to help consumers to obtain rates on auto and homeowners insurance. 

The Client desires to develop an on-line application to help our external stakeholders to obtain rate , policy and contact information provided to the Client by the licensed insurers in our state that currently write auto and homeowners insurance. The person must be strongly skilled in ASP.NET 4.0/3.5 Web Services, Windows Services and ASP.Net AJAX and would prefer the candidate has experience and knowledge of the Client Rates and Forms business area. The selected candidate must:

Works closely with other IRM team members and Client customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. 
Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process.
Create and modify web pages in C#.
Be knowledgeable of best-practices for building secure web applications.
Responsible for developing client-side scripting and server-side application code.
Write new optimized stored procedures and views. Also have the ability to modify existing stored procedures and views.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Typically 5-6 years plus experience in the development of websites. Have extensive knowledge in using ASP.NET 4 framework and C# programming language. Have knowledge in creating and using web services. Have experience in creating and modifying Oracle 11g stored procedures and views.
