.Net Developer with ASP.Net, Transact-SQL, SQL Server, DMPP-2020/socket programming and security/encryption/credit card processing experience

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: THE PROJECT IS TO REWRITE THE CATCH (CITIZEN ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY) SYSTEM IN ASP.NET WITH AN INTERFACE TO THESC.GOV EPS (ENTERPRISE PAYMENT SYSTEM) FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PROCESSING. THE SYSTEM ALSO INVOLVES SOCKET CONNECTIONS TO LEMS (LAW ENFORCEMENT MESSAGE SWITCH).
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: GATHER THE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SYSTEM REWRITE FROM SMES, CREATE DESIGN DOCUMENT, CODE THE SYSTEM, CREATE TEST CASES, CREATE USER AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, ASSIST WITH DEPLOYMENT OF THE NEW SYSTEM, REPORT TO SUPERVISOR AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE WITH VERBAL AND WRITTEN STATUS REPORTS
Under Limited Supervision, develop a secure web application for the public to access S.C. Criminal History data using ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, and DMPP-2020 socket connection to the Law Enforcement Message Switch (LEMS). This application must interface with SC.Gov's Enterprise Payment System (EPS) to accept credit card payments online. Gather requirements from subject matter experts (SMEs), follow agency coding standards and PMO guidelines, and use the EPS Technical Guide to meet requirements. Develop accurate technical documentation for maintenance of the system following agency documentation standards. Work with fellow Developer(s) to keep consistency with similar online payment acceptance application. Work is subject to be reviewed with Supervisor on a daily basis. Verbal and written status reports are required on an on-going basis. Must maintain security standards. Employee may be required to work nights and weekends as necessary. Some on-call time and/or travel may be required.
