Business Analyst with QA Testing, MCSIA/CDLIS/SSOLV/PDPS, BPR and motor vehicle (DMV) experience

Duration: 9-12 months
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience required in Business Analysis.
- Minimum 2 years experience of demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the following federal regulations: MCSIA, CDLIS (4.0+), SSOLV, PDPS.
- Minimum 2 years experience with business process re-engineering and implementation.
- Minimum 2 years experience designing and implementing business user acceptance testing.
- Minimum 2 years experience analyzing and cleansing legacy data for the migration from one enterprise system to another.
- Minimum two years experience in Root Cause Analysis to discover and correct issues in production systems.
- Minimum two years experience writing test cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both technical and business staff and managers
Desired Skills
- In-depth knowledge of existing MN Dept. of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Services systems, data and business processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AAMVA specifications, for example, ACD code mapping.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal requirements for disqualifications and State statutes and requirements for suspensions and withdrawals.
