• Third level support of the service
• Manage timeliness and resources for projects
• Identify trends
• Develop appropriate technical solutions to mitigate problems

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Required Experience: • Must poses strong Systems Integration skills • Extensive experience in Active Directory, design, implementation and management • Microsoft SQL configuration experience • Microsoft Team Foundation Server experience • VMW is configuration & management experience • NetApp configuration & management experience • Disaster recovery experience with the above technologies
