Desktop support engineer with Cisco CLI, troubleshooting, subnetting, VLAN’s, gateway, SmartBoard, Avaya PBX/ACD and Government Experience

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Qualifications:
•Must have general desktop PC knowledge of operating systems and setup
•Must have general networking knowledge to include:
.Infrastructure connectivity and TR designs
.Basic Cisco CLI command ability
.Basic troubleshooting abilities
.Basic IP standards and configurations (subnetting, VLAN’s, gateway, etc.)
•Must be able to create and deliver detailed reports of activities to include:
.TR equipment and layout
.Network electronics
.UPS, Servers, Phone systems, PA systems
.Classroom infrastructure
.Classroom technology equipment (SmartBoard, document cameras, Lightspeed, TV’s, Wireless, etc)
.Classroom trailers with items listed above
•Coordinate and lead contractors in project implementations
•Must have basic knowledge of UPS setup and configuration
