.Net Developer with ASP.Net, C#.Net, SQL Server, Reporting Services, SSIS, JQuery, AJAX, WCF, Entity Framework, QA, ADO.Net, SOAP, UML and Team Foundation Server experience

Location: Lansing, MI
Duration: 12months

The candidate will be scored on the following REQUIRED skills:

1.    Minimum 8 years of analysis, design, programming, testing, implementing and supporting web based applications in Microsoft/Windows platform. (must have worked on at least 3 full SDLC projects)

2.    Minimum 5 years in designing, developing, and implementation of web applications (using ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML).

3.    Minimum 5 years of Microsoft C#.NET programming language.

4.    Minimum 5 years in developing systems with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (or higher).

5.    Minimum 3 years in writing Structured Query Language (SQL) and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL 2005 or higher.

6.    Minimum 3 years in developing reports with a report development tool, preferably with Microsoft Reporting Services 2005 (or higher).

7.    Minimum 3 years in writing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

8.    Experience with ASP.NET 3.5 Framework (or higher, 4.0 preferred)

9.    Experience with JQuery AJAX (ASP.NET Page methods)

10.  Experience with WCF

11.  Experience with Entity Framework

12.  Minimum 5 years in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers and documenting. 

13.  Minimum 3 years in development of test plans and components, and conducting unit, system and user acceptance testing.

14.  Knowledge/Training in XML, ADO.Net, SMTP, SOAP, Windows Services, HTTP/HTTPS.

15.  Knowledge of systems development methodology utilized in the development of new systems and enhancements, UML, configuration management, standard software lifecycle processes, structured programming methodology, relational database, support utilities, personal computers and personal computer software. 

16.  Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to organize and present information.

17.  Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines and diagnose and resolve complex problems quickly.

18.  Ability to recognize, gather, and assemble facts; then design, test and implement queries and reports.

19.  Ability to analyze and evaluate a variety of data.

20.  Ability to exercise independent judgment.

21.  Ability to prepare detailed instructions and documentation.

22.  Ability to keep customers and team members informed and respond to customer requests in a timely manner with positive communications.

23.  Ability to show respect to all team members, actively contribute in team meetings and share information.

24.  Ability to be organized, creative, adaptable to changing priorities, and dedicated to the responsibilities of the position.

25.  Ability to establish and maintain effective, trusted relationships with clients and matrix support teams and treat others fairly. 

 

Desired Skills

1.    Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

2.    Knowledge of Web 2.0 methodology.

3.    Ability to conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations.

 

 

B.     Start and End date for the work:  July 8, 2012 – July 9, 2013 with two option years.
