IN001606 - Project Manager (PMP) with risk/cost management, IT Project/Program/vendor management, SDLC, MS Office, SharePoint, GIS/ESRI and government experience  Duration: 12months Location: Raleigh NC  Required: • Minimum of (10) Ten years of IT project management experience • Minimum of (5) Five years of IT Program management experience • Working knowledge of application development in a variety of technical platforms • Planning and management skills, including scope, estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Proven leadership skills including team development and leadership • Positive interpersonal skills • Strong written and Verbal communication skills • Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects  • Strong knowledge of Program & Project Management processes and industry best practices • Demonstrated experience managing application development teams • Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational and presentation skills • Proven experience managing 3rd party vendor projects • Proven experience managing large projects (> $5M) Preferred: • Strongly prefer PMP Certification • Experience working in Project Management with the State of North Carolina • Experience working with SharePoint integrations • Experience working with GIS Projects and the Esri product suite
