SAP hr consultant with OM, testing, LSMW, HR/Payroll modules, SAP FI/CO modules, design, build, test, train and government Experience 

Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 3 months
Positions: 1

Responsibilities:
Ensure each functional area is incorporated in the best practice design
Work with HR Leadership to obtain sign-off for HR process design, policies and procedures by stakeholders from all business segments
Manage, design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures
Build solutions in HR according to M-DCPS business requirements
Works with the technical team to translate business requirements for indirect procurement
Adheres to project standards
Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and processes for M-DCPS
Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP
Review M-DCPS process requirements, suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible
Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business requirements and document all configuration Integration and Parallel Testing
Execute and document Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing,
Define User Authorization profiles and security roles
Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team
Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications
Develop work procedures for user related to SAP system
Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation

Qualifications:
Minimum of five years SAP HR experience
Primary modules: OM, PA
Solid SAP HR configuration and testing experience
Experience with Concurrent Employment a plus
Experience with conversion and LSMW a plus
Ability to gather business requirements and translate to technical systems design document
Ability to write test scripts and conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing
Additional experience in other HR/Payroll modules a plus
Experience with integration of HR with SAP FI/CO modules required
Solid project solution delivery life cycle experience planning, design, build, test, train, roll-out and post go-live support phases
Public School System experience desired
Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively
Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners
