Experience Required Skill Type:
2 Use of Oracle 10g or 11g for the design and implementation of relational and geospatial database management system
2 Designing, building, and implementing GIS applications in an ESRI environment
2 Managing project quality including quality assurance (preventing defects) and quality control (finding and resolving defects).
2 Business analysis including the elicitation, analysis, modeling, documentation, and tracking of business and software requirements
2 Software Project Management
2 Test Management including test planning, test case design, test case execution,

Desired Skill Type:
Use of ESRI’s ArcSDE, ESRI’s ArcObjects, and .NET for GIS object/relational mapping
Use of JavaScript – DOJO and JQuery and Python as per ESRI ArcGIS as a GIS scripting language
Java Enterprise Edition for application architecture
Java (SDK 1.5x) as an application development language
Java Script or Perl as a scripting language
Using JSF, JSP, JSTL, HTML, and CSS for the presentation layer
Using JSF (Apache MyFaces) as a controller framework
Using Tomcat embedded in JBoss 4 as a servlet application server
Using JBoss Application Server as an EJB application server
Using Ant & Maven2 as a build/deploy/dependency tool
Using Eclipse IDE and Netbeans IDE as an integrated development environment and primary programming tool
