Description:-
Modify and enhance Vital Records application software, leading to the successful deployment of three Vital Records systems, an internal Birth Registry System (BRS), an
external BRS, and the Electronic Death Registry System (EDRS). Support additional database interfaces to additional systems and related services as required.
Candidates will be evaluated on the following criteria:
The candidate must meet the basic qualifications of 8 or more years of generic IT experience as defined for a Senior Programmer-Analyst. In addition, specific skills
required for this position are listed below. Points will be determined from review of the experience section NOT from the "Summary" area of a resume or application.
•5 years experience in JAVA/J2EE, CSS, JavaScript, and Jboss, hibernate, myeclipse
•5 years experience in system, communication and user documentation
•5 years experience with PL/SQL
•4 years experience in Oracle environment
•4 years experience with web architecture management
•3 years experience in project plan management
