Description:

This resource will lead and coordinate the development effort with the creation and execution of technical specifications, lead the construction of code, procedures and interfaces.  This includes solutions that are usable by mobile devices.  Communication and coordination is integral to the success of this project.  Responsible for leading the producing of reports utilizing DTMB standards along with Workforce Development Agency standards and protocols.  Work will be performed at the Operations Center in Dimondale, Michigan under the management of the DTMB Application Project Manager (Agency Services LARA Lansing). Skill sets should include experience in enterprise application projects, data layering, Oracle DB,  ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL Server & Reporting Services, Configuration Management, web and database concepts for the .NET development, oracle db, mobile solutions and Team Foundations Server
