Description:
The Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security is seeking a short term (estimated at 9 to 12 months) contractor to work with the DES Unemployment Insurance Records Management System project. The selected candidate will be an advance level Business Technology Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, defining digital imaging requirements, developing capture flows for Captiva, and designing and implementing scanning solutions for a Documentum repository in the business environment. The successful candidate should be familiar with all aspects of storing and retrieving digital images using a Documentum repository.
Required:
•Minimum of three (3) years significant experience and understanding Documentum (6.5), lnputAccell (6.5), and e-Input
Experience with the following technologies:
•Scan Plus, Image Enhancement, Index Plus, OCR, Documentum Advance Export
•Documentum Administration, (e.g. Permission sets, work flow, LDAP)
•EScan, lndex, Rescan.
•InputAccell Administrator
•Documentum Monitoring/Reporting, ACLs
•Documentum Process Developer
•Documentum Composer/Dar InstallerInputAccel Capture Flow designer
•Captiva Client side scripting
•Documentum Server Side Scripting
•lA Web Services
•WDK Applications, (e.g. Webtop, Cara 3.1, DA)
•eScan, elndex, Rescan
•Application Servers (e.g. Tomcat, liS)
•Windows 2003/8 services
•Ability to work independently to achieve outcomes in an expedient and professional manner is required
•Demonstrated ability to communicate orally, in writing, and must have good interpersonal communication skills
Preferred:
•Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and SQL database technology
•Documentum Application Builder
