SharePoint Architect with ECM, ESRI, Silver light, GIS, Document Managment, SAP, Web Services and Open Text Environment Experience

Description:
The NC Department of Transportation Project Management Office is seeking a SharePoint Architect contractor (approx. 12 months) for the NCDOT wide business initiative, TRANShare.
The selected candidate will:
•Participate in the development, maintenance & update of an Enterprise Content Management Reference Architecture (ECM ERA) and Roadmap which includes the SharePoint System
•Participate in the development and documentation of a Repeatable ECM Service Pattern(s) to include design templates that will support future deployments of ECM solutions drawing from multiple platforms like Sharepoint, Open Text, GIS, SAP, etc.
The templates will support the following for all future ECM solutions:
•Requirements Definition
•Information Model (metadata & taxonomy)
•Security/Permission Model
•System Integration Model
•Workflow/Process Models
•Presentation Layer Model
•Technical Architecture Design
Use that common ECM Repeatable Service Pattern(s) and supporting templates in conjunction with other ECM related architects to design and implement ECM focused solution components within the Sharepoint Environment including the necessary hardware/software components
Act as Sharepoint design & integration technical liason with other projects & initiatives and their architects including but not limited to NCDOT Web Services, GIS, SAP & Open Text Environment in order to support an Enterprise Integration Approach
Required:
•Experience with defining architectural artifacts to support and Enterprise Content Management approach
•Experience designing individual ECM solutions within Sharepoint that comply with Enterprise Architecture and Security Standards and integrate with other Enterprise Platforms like GIS, Document Managment, SAP, etc.
•Experience with ESRI, SharePoint and Silver light
•Minimum of three (3) years experience administering SharePoint (2007 & 2010)
•Minimum of three (3) years NET development or application architecture experience
