Positions:  1    

Duration :  12 months

1.Five to eight years experience designing and implementing large scale C/S open systems environments.

2.Minimum five years experience in one or more of the following design/development tools:

Microsoft tools:

Visual Studio .Net or Visual Basic 6.0 (or latest version)

COM+

IIS

Java based tools:

WAS – Websphere Application Server

WSED or WSAD – Websphere Studio (Enterprise/Application) Developer

EJB – Enterprise Java Beans

IHS – IBM HTTP Server

Ant – Java build tool

Modeling Tools

Rational Rose

Visual Modeler

Oracle 9i or 10g, or higher

Stored procedures, functions, packages

PL/SQL 

Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions

1. Good communication & interpersonal skills.  (10 points)

2. It is desired that the candidate have six (6) years of experience working with an industry recognized Enterprise Architecture Framework utilizing National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) or similar concepts. 

3. It is desired that the candidate have six (6) years of progressive experience as a lead architect working with project staff (both program and technical staff) developing client and application tier software. 

4. It is desired that the candidate have six (6) years experience working within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) utilizing Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) or XML-RPC compliant web services.  

5. It is desired that the candidate have four (4) years experience working with a Health and Human Services based system.
