COBOL Developer with JCL, CICS, VSAM, Endeavor, batch/ftp and GUIDE Unemployment Insurance Benefit Payment System experience

Requirements:

• Knowledge of and Minimum of three (3) years experience in business application development including extensive hands-on experience with, COBOL, JCL, CICS and VSAM

• Endevor Source Management Application

• Mainframe batch FTP processes

• Knowledge of and ability to create JCL and write COBOL Batch and CICS programs that access VSAM files. Experience working with large datasets across multiple platforms

• Ability to demonstrate the capability to determine the best implementation for enhancements to legacy systems

• Possess proven communications skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to take direction as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team on assigned tasks.

Preferences:

Preference will be given to the candidate with demonstrated experience in the development and support of mainframe programs for GUIDE Unemployment Insurance Benefit Payment System
