Information Networking Hub (INH) Project Description
ISD’s INH project is focused on allowing the agency to meet its Data Exchange needs through
a centralized hub-and-spoke model for information sharing. Sharing court case information
across the state is complicated as different jurisdictions use different Case Management
Systems (CMS). The INH project was established to help bridge this gap and make
information sharing easier by establishing a consolidated repository of court information and
making a set of exposed “Services” or transaction interfaces available to the State’s CMS
portfolio.
Project Objectives:
The project objectives for this portion of the project are to:
- Service-enable the legacy mainframe-based CMS application.
- Ensure access is performed through the industry-standard National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).
- Provide access to the legacy screens through XML-based transactions.
- Intelligently route CMS transactions through the agency’s BizTalk server.
