RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION. ABLE TO FACILITATE THE GATHERING OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. FOCUSES ON WHAT AND NOT THE HOW. THIS IS NOT SYSTEMS ANALYST OR DESIGNER ROLE. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND SYSTEM/USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING WE USE THE RUP SDLC PHASES. EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCIAL SYSTEMS IS A PLUS.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

•4+ year experience as IT BA.

•Work closely with others in a team environment

•Able to work independently, self-motivated

•Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; fluent in English

PREFERRED SKILLS:

•Financial system experience
