· Information Management (InfoMan – problem tracking system)
· ChangeMan (software development change control on IBM)
· Expediter/TSO and Expediter/CICS (mainframe communications software)
· Hourglass (testing software)
· Jobscan (JCL debugger)
· Zeke (automated job scheduler software)
· Zebb (JCL automated recovery software)
· Zara (tape manager)
· BMC products (mainframe database debugger software)
· AbendAid (debugging software)
· Syncsort (mainframe sorting and report software)
· Docutext (operations guide repository – IBM)
· DataVantage (mainframe database update and report generator)
· Finalist (post office address software)
· Experience with Unemployment Insurance related systems
In addition to the mainframe knowledge, skills, and experience listed above, at least one of the Senor Programmer/Analysts must also possess the following expertise:
· 7 to 10 years of IT work experience working with a combination of mainframe and web-based environment
