Oracle DBA/Warehouse Architect with design, monitoring, tuning, migration, PL/SQL, data warehousing/data mart, Oracle BI, Object Release/Flashback/Virtual Machine, and backup/disaster recovery experience

Positions: 

1

 
1.

Five years experience working with Oracle, with a thorough understanding of the architecture and processes of the Oracle server, including Oracle9i and/or Oracle 10g, or higher.

2.

Three years experience as an Oracle database administrator in a productive database environment.

3.

Three years experience in monitoring and tuning the general performance of the Oracle database.

4.

Three years experience writing SQL-PL/SQL, stored procedures and triggers.

5.

Three years experience in identifying business rules and database design.

6.

One year experience in the transition of systems, including the transfer of knowledge and mentoring.

7.

Three years experience in the design and implementation of data warehousing and data mart activities in multiple, large scale database environments.

8.

Three years experience in designing strategies for migrating data from hierarchical to relational database structures, and integrating these strategies on multiple platforms.

Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
Good communication and interpersonal skills:  Points for this desirable can only be awarded upon completion of an interview.  Candidates are expected to verify both mandatory and desirable experience as listed in their resume.  
                                                                                                                      
1.

Five or more years experience designing and implementing data warehouses with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.

2.

Five or more years experience with database object release management.

3.

 One or more years experience using Oracle Flashback or virtual machine technology in database object release management.

4.
Three or more years experience designing database backup and disaster recover strategies.
