THIS PROJECT IS WORKING ON SCTR PROJECTS, SPECIFICALLY THE BIOREPOSITORY CATALOG WHOSE AMANDATE IS THE FOLLOWING:

The SC BioSample Catalog is being established to unify campus bio-repositories and enhance potential research opportunities. Accessible to internal and external investigators, the SC BioSample Catalog provides a browseable and searchable catalog of BioSample Collections. It identifies critical information such as how many samples, the types of specimens and the respective contact needed to access samples. 

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: 

WRITING AND TESTING SOFTWARE BASED ON USER STORIES PLANNED OUT FOR A 1-WEEK SPRINT AT A TIME AND THE RESULTS PRESENTED AT THE END OF THE SPRINT

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
