SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
TRA KNOWLEDGE OF THIS US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FEDERAL PROGRAM IS REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTOMATED TRADE READJUSTMENT ALLOWANCE SYSTEM.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Within project schedules and other defined deadlines, candidate will provide TRA expertise in the design and testing of this new system. Candidate will also develop new business processes and training as a result of the system design.
REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
•6+ years Trade Readjustment Allowance experience
•Able to interpret business requirements, develop business process changes, test processes, training guidelines, verification and validation of the new system to the Federal guidelines
•Able to formulate technical resolutions to business issues
•Problem-solving, troubleshooting skills
•Work closely with others in a team environment
•Able to work independently, self-motivated
•
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; fluent in English
