The scope of this work includes development, test, deployment, and the construction of formal instructions for deployment to a production server environment, including database and Java container configuration.  Production support of the existing applications is expected. 

Requirements:.

a.

Extensive expertise with JEE software engineering techniques, especially JEE authorization/authentication and session management specifications:  JSP, JavaScript, CSS, Struts, Hibernate (without Annotations); Oracle database backend; JDeveloper. 

b.

Knowledge of SUITE processes & state standards

c.

Knowledge & experience in Configuration Management.

d.

Knowledge of Project Management processes & DTMB PMO standards.

e.

Knowledge of state & federal regulations & requirements in regards to the prescription/ pharmacy processes. 

f.

Background check by state of Michigan will be required.

Candidates will be evaluated on the following criteria:
