The State of Utah DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY SERVICE (DTS) is looking for talented application developers to join our Unemployment Insurance Benefits group. This team is responsible for architecting and building new technical solutions for the various divisions within the DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE SERVICES (DWS).
We are in the early stages of architecting a new unemployment insurance system. The primary applications will be built using C#, Entity framework, MVC, HTML5 and JQuery. We need a developer who can successfully develop using these Technologies.
This position requires expertise in web application design, development, and architecture. Experience in relational database and structured testing is also helpful.
Candidate will be responsible for developing new systems for the department. This will include designing and developing front end screens, class models, back end business rules, and oracle stored procedures.
