Network Engineer  with Metro-Ethernet, MPLS, Wireless/Mobile, iPad, iTunes and MDM product support Experience

Description:

Serves as liaison with instructional coordinators, education technology staff, and information technology to ensure iPad technical issues are properly identified, articulated, and resolved.Assists with the installation and deployment of an MDM product.Provides excellent customer service.

Required:

• 2years experience in network management.

• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining a wireless network required

• Broad understanding of wide area network basics to include metro-Ethernet and MPLS

• Experience with iPads, iTunes, and MDM products in an enterprise environment a plus

Education:

• Associates degree in Networking Technology or related field and two additional years of related experience in network technology

Certification:

• Valid Driver’s License Required

• Apple, Microsoft, Novell, Linux, and/or Cisco Certification a plus
