Project Manager with Call Center and business/systems analysis experience

RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING THE LONG TERM CALL CENTER STRATEGY AND SUPPORTING BUSINESS CASE. COLLABORATES WITH AGENCY BUSINESS LEADERSHIP, IT LEADERSHIP, EXTERNAL VENDORS AND OTHER PROJECT STAKEHOLDERS TO DETERMINE THE DESIRED OUTCOME AND DEVISE OPTIONAL SOLUTIONS. THIS POSITION PERFORMS MULTIPLE ROLES INCLUDING PROJECT MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ANALYSIS OF AGENCY NEEDS AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS. STRONG INTERPERSONAL ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION skills required
