Desktop Support Engineer with networking, CISCO CLI command, Avaya PBX/ACD and project management experience
Location: North Charleston, SC
Duration: 6 Months
Qualifications:
• Must have general desktop PC knowledge of operating systems and setup
• Must have general networking knowledge to include:
o Infrastructure connectivity and TR designs
o Basic Cisco CLI command ability
o Basic troubleshooting abilities
o Basic IP standards and configurations (subnetting, VLAN’s, gateway, etc.)
• Must be able to create and deliver detailed reports of activities to include:
o TR equipment and layout
o Network electronics
o UPS, Servers, Phone systems, PA systems
o Classroom infrastructure
o Classroom technology equipment (SmartBoard, document cameras, Lightspeed, TV’s, Wireless, etc)
o Classroom trailers with items listed above
• Coordinate and lead CCSD contractors in project implementations
• Must have basic knowledge of UPS setup and configuration
Voice/Data Network Engineering Support Avaya PBX/ACD No 4 Intermediate Currently Using 4 - 6 Years
