MANDATORY Requirements:

NOTE:  CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION
Note:  Additional credit may be given for experience beyond the mandatory minimum.  All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years.

1.  Proficiency in speaking and comprehending the English language (Must be able to speak English that can be understood by native speakers of English and must be able to comprehend English when spoken by native speakers of English.).  Personal interview will be used to determine if the candidate satisfactorily meets qualification.
2.  Satisfactory reference check.
3.  Minimum one (1) year of working experience as a MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) administrator including setting up automated builds, and managing the build management, source control, and testing pieces of TFS.
4. Minimum of two (2) years hands-on experience in Microsoft Technologies supporting software development in large-scale, n-tier enterprise projects and secure web based systems.

DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance:

All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years.

1.   Hands-on programming experience in C#
2.   Hands-on development experience with Dynamics CRM 4.0
3.   Hands-on programming experience ASP.NET 3.0 and above.
4.   Hands-on experience developing web pages and web parts, master pages, workflows and templates in SharePoint 2007
