Job Description:
The client is seeking a technical expert in technologies related to the development and deployment of applications using various Microsoft technologies.
The primary focus of the candidate selected will be assisting The Client in custom application development focused around Microsoft SharePoint 2007. The SharePoint Developer will participate in the development and implementation of different SharePoint applications using .NET 3.5 and troubleshoot issues as needed. The individual will work with the team to create new software and enhance/maintain newly developed software. 
The candidate selected will also be responsible for developing SharePoint components including but not limited to master pages, layout pages, web parts, content types, lists, web pages, workflows, and InfoPath Forms.
The candidate selected will be charged with providing guidance, training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to staff.  To be considered qualified in any technology experience must have been obtained in an enterprise production environment in a business operation.  Experience in small environments, in labs or at home will not be considered.

Note:  Additional credit may be given for experience beyond the mandatory minimum.  All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years.
  • Proficiency in speaking and comprehending the English language (Must be able to speak English that can be understood by native speakers of English and must be able to comprehend English when spoken by native speakers of English.).  Personal interview will be used to determine if the candidate satisfactorily meets qualification.
  • Satisfactory reference check.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies supporting software development in large-scale, n-tier enterprise projects and secure web-based systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in SharePoint 2007 development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web-based development using C#, ASP.NET 3.0 and above, and SQL Server and above.
DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance:
All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years.
1.   Hands-on experience developing SharePoint workflows with Visual Studio 2005/2008 using C#.
2.   Hands-on experience creating SharePoint 2007 custom web parts and custom content types using C#.
3.   Hands-on experience creating Common SharePoint and custom web services for SharePoint 2007.
4.   Hands-on experience in design and integration of InfoPath 2007 electronic forms with SharePoint 2007.
5.   Hands-on experience developing master pages and layout pages in SharePoint 2007
6.    Hands-on experience coding with .NET 3.0 and above framework XML classes.
7.   Hands-on experience writing DHTML with Jscript and/or JavaScript and CSS
8.   Hands-on experience using the Visual Studio 2005 and/or 2008 development environment and tools
9.   Hands-on development experience using Microsoft Team Foundation System for source code version control
10.  Hands-on development experience with Dynamics CRM 4.0
11.  BizTalk 2006 and above experience developing maps, pipelines, and orchestrations.
