JAVA Developer (Programmer/Analyst II):

Duties:  analysis and design of website and data collection system, including the transformation of business requirements into system functionality; designs system architecture and user interface;  responsible for software development and maintenance tasks including coding, testing, and implementation;  and prepares technical and user documentation. 

Examples of JAVA Developer activities and responsibilities that will be required of the Contractor in this project include, but not limited to:

1. Design system architecture and develop system models;  
2. Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation;
3. Develop web pages and user interfaces;
4. Software development and maintenance tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.
