Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Specialist II

Duties:  quality assurance activities including the development and execution of software test plans, scripts, and scenarios; regression testing; evaluate test results and software performance; identify technical and functional defects; and assist the Agency in performing use acceptance test. 

Examples of Quality Assurance activities and responsibilities that will be required of the Contractor in this project include, but not limited to:

1. Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases that will exercise the business, functional, and technical requirements of the system;
2. Develop test data for use in executing the QA phase of the systems development life cycle (SDLC);
3. Develop and execute test plans and scenarios including regression and volume tests;
4. Evaluate test results and performance of software;
5. Identify technical and functional software defects;
6. Work with the project team to complete the QA process to bring the software quality to a level where it can be delivered to Agency for user acceptance tests;
7. Assist Agency in performing user acceptance tests.
