Mandatory Requirements:
1.Minimum 7 years experience in Powerbuilder programming
2.Minimum 7 years working with Oracle database environment.
3.Minimum 7 years experience in business systems analysis and design.
4.Minimum 7 years experience with Windows operating system.
DESIRABLE Experience:
1.Demonstrate experience in writing functional and technical specifications,
user and technical documentation for user-attended Powerbuilder systems
that manage workflow.
2.Demonstrate experience in training users in using user-attended
Powerbuilder systems that manage workflow.
3.Demonstrate working for a public(government entity) or private
business in the performance of the same or similar services.
