MAINTAIN IBM REQUISITE PRO TOOL AND PERFORM LEAD IT BA ROLE IN PROJECTS.

Interprets business needs and translates them into application software requirements including but not limited to business process models, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, business rules and user interface specifications. Also defines and develops application software test strategy, test plans and test cases and executes test cases.
Job Description:
Interpret business needs and translates them into application software requirements. Experience with IBM Requisite Pro required. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Serve as the conduit between the user community (internal and external users) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Develop and document requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Define and develop application software test strategy, test plans and test cases and execute test cases. Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
