3. Format web pages as valid XHTML documentsoptimized for search engines. Minimum 3 yearsexperience in the last 4 years.

4. Demonstrated ability to meet with a wide varietyof staff to gather input on program web-content andoffer advice on improvements.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Minimum 3 years experience in the last 5 years
