Mandatory Requirements:

1.  A minimum of 8 years experience in project management with a strong technical background

2.  Possess a strong enterprise content management background

3.  A minimum of 8 years enterprise content management experience and managing content management engagements

4.  A minimum of 5 years Documentum content management engagements or expertise

5.  5 years experience managing large projects involving solutions developed in EMC Documentum

6.  5 years experience managing projects involving large data migration moves

7.  Ability to create and manage projects possessing a service oriented architecture (shared services)

8.  Ability to recognize and manage performance and tuning requirements within workflow projects of 10 million records or more

9.  5 years experience with projects involving human-based automated and manual workflow systems

10.  Experience with government accident records systems and procedures.

Desirable Skills and Experience

1.  Have a minimum of 4 large project management engagements where such engagements lasted in duration of 9 months or more, involved multiple business units of 3 or more, involved multiple technologies of 2 or more and consisted of hybrid solutions.  Further these engagements should have been classified as full life cycle engagements.

2.  Has managed projects that involve cross-functional areas

3.  Has managed projects that involve blended teams of consultants & government agency IT staff

4.  Experience in managing large Project Plans and Project schedules.

5.  Experience with verifying expectations and requirements with project sponsor and key stakeholders.

6.  Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
