Mandatory Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Two years of work-related experience is required
3. Experience in:
• Organizing
• Analyzing and understanding business processes and workflows
• Developing procedures manuals, user manuals, etc.
Desirable Experience :
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills:
2. At least 3 years experience documenting and analyzing business processes and
developing systems documentation, preferably for a large scale child support
development project. Documentation material should include but not be
limited to use case diagrams, flow charts, truth tables, and data element tables.
Experience should include Microsoft tools including Word, PowerPoint and
Visio.
3. At least 2 years experience using Rational Requisite Pro and the Rational
Unified Process for requirements storage and change management in a large
scale development project.
4. At least one year facilitating joint application design (JAD) sessions.
