Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience working on at least three projects consisting of the following project types of either:

• software development

• application implementation

• workflow management implementations

• At least 4 years experience with performing testing and test cases using workflow solutions

• At least 4 years experience creating and using Test Scripts

• At least 4 years experience with creating traceability matrices

• Experience using defect tracking tools.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with documenting Test Plan and Test Scenario Results

• Experience in communicating w/ senior level management 

• 3 years experience using WinRunner or QTP

• 2 years experience using Test Director or Quality Center.
