IN108 - .Net/ Oracle Developer

Mandatory Requirements
 
1. An Associate’s Degree (or higher)

2. 

Must have a minimum of two year application development experience using one or more of the following concepts and technologies: Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development, UML, XML, N-tiered client/server development, or Web Services. 

3.  

Two years experience performing development work using Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, or higher

4.  

Two Years experience performing development work in Visual Studio.Net (or latest version)

5. Two Years experience performing development work in Windows COM+

6. Two Years experience performing development work in Windows NT/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System)

7. Two Years of experience database programming using stored procedures and triggers
 
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions

 

1. Three or more years experience with Oracle 9i and above, writing SQL, SQL stored procedures, packages, triggers and designing table structures.
2. Three or more years experience coding Microsoft VB.NET (Web Services, Web Forms, .Net classes) / ASP.NET web applications; and three years experience using Visual Studio .NET IDE, building and installing .NET web sites.  Knowledge of accessibility compliance issues a plus.
3. Three or more years developing/maintaining web applications built with HTML and older ASP/COM architecture
4.  One or more years experience coding to meet web application security protocols.  Preferably using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder.
5. Three or more years experience analyzing and writing formal documentation of business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve     problems.  UML experience a plus.
6.One or more years experience developing projects related to social service programs or financial-based systems (e.g, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF).
