Title :   Net developer with CoGNOS,ETL,MS Transact & PL/SQL

Positions:  1

Duration :  18 Months

Mandatory Requirements : 

1.

Must have two years of experience with 4th generation language development tools.

2.

Minimum two years experience in developing large mission critical applications using Client/Server implementation.

3.

Minimum two years experience in 3-Tier design, development and deployment including RAD/JAD methodology.

4.

Minimum two years experience in knowledge transfer, transition of systems and mentoring.

5.

Minimum two Intra/Inter Net deployment.

Desirable Experience :

1.

Three (3) + years demonstrated experience with Scripting and/or Programming Languages such as XML, HTML, Visual Basic.net, ASP.net, .net, SQL, Java, Cognos Scripting & SDK, and ETL tools.

2.

Three (3) + years demonstrated experience programming in databases using MS Transact SQL or Oracle PL/SQL.

3.

Minimum three (3) years experience authoring and developing reports using the Cognos 8.x web-based suite of software tools against relational, dimensional, and transactional databases. This experience must include current knowledge in developing new packages and reports in Cognos 8.x, and using PowerPlay and reports to build multi-dimensional views.

4.

Minimum three (3) years experience in administration, software installation, server configuration, and technical support of the Cognos suite of reporting tools for a large IT implementation.  Require experience with the Cognos 8.2+ web-based tool and infrastructure, which should also include configuring reports and environment to maximize performance, and environment/implementation support in a 3-tier environment.  Experience should include the migration to a new release.

5.

Minimum three(3) years experience implementing application security using AD, LDAP (SiteMinder a plus), as well as implementing complex security filters within Cognos 8.x packages/reports within Cognos 8.x administration tools and using Cognos Access Manager.
