IN146  SAP Functional Consultant with Knoa, SAP UEM, and training experience
Candidates will provide Service Desk guidance and leadership related to the
use of Knoa SAP UEM.

Location: SC Columbia
Duration: 3months

Objectives
Provide education and knowledge transfer for:
*       Consumers of SAP UEM data, who will be trained in Knoa
reporting and analysis techniques in accordance with best practices
*       Administrators of SAP UEM system, who will be trained in
administration and maintenance of SAP UEM.

Responsibilities
Validation
*       Test and configure SAP UEM monitoring templates, ensuring
target application is monitored to specification

Deployment
*       Perform or assist with SAP UEM server components deployment
*       Provide support in deployment of monitoring templates to end-
user desktops

Verification
*       Verify operation of SAP UEM server components to
specification
*       Verify successful deployment to end-user desktops

SAP Functional Consultant responsibilities include:
*       Performing testing, validation and verification of proper
operation of SAP UEM technology platform, within the customer environment
(Agent, Server, Database)
*       Resolution of any SAP UEM technology platform issues that
arise during the project

Deliverables: Education Services Checklist Contractor will provide up to
sixteen (16) hours of instructor led training, delivered remotely via live
web meeting and teleconferencing, and will deliver a completed Education
Services Checklist. Education Services Checklist will consist of:
.         Record of training courses delivered, including attendees
and dates
.         Syllabuses and course materials (online and PDF format
available).

Remote Installation of Knoa software is involved.
