Mandatory Requirements:
1. Minimum of eight years experience in Computer System Development
2. Minimum of three years experience in customer interface activities
3. Minimum of three years experience working with established documentation standards and tools.
4. Minimum of three years experience in Server of Web application development tools.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Five years experience and demonstrated effective communication and project management skills. Experience must include the following:
a) Must have a strong understanding of IT project management principles
b) The ability to provide a vision for the direction of a large distributed project in the development of a long-term strategic plan.
c) Demonstrated experience in the "Information Technology Infrastructure Library" (ITIL) methodology, well versed in the various phases of a project and components.
2. Five years demonstrated hands-on experience to define, develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a statewide, centralized environment consisting of a combination of the following Microsoft tools.
a) MS SharePoint Server 2003
b) MS Office SharePoint Server 2007
3. Five years demonstrated hands-on experience to define, develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a statewide, centralized environment consisting of a combination of the following Microsoft tools.
a) MS SQL Server 2000
b) MS SQL Server 2005
4. At least five years experience staffing a technical support desk, including the use of tools used to track and report on issues and resolutions, identifying the need for training and/or systems enhancements.
