IN144 SAP Project Implementation Manager Specialist

Location : SC Columbia
Duration: 3months

Candidates will provide Service Desk guidance and leadership related to the
use of KnoaR SAP UEM.

Objectives
*       Deploy a tested, fully functional production environment for
SAP UEM, including Universal Client Agents, server components and associated
monitoring templates
*       Provide education and knowledge transfer for:
               Consumers of SAP UEM data, who will be trained in KnoaR
reporting and analysis techniques in accordance with best practices
               Administrators of SAP UEM system, who will be trained in
administration and maintenance of SAP UEM.

Contractor will configure and deploy SAP UEM for the following graphical
end-user interface(s) end-user population(s), and desktop
environment(s):
Graphical user interface(s):
*       Graphical user interface 1: SAP GUI 710
*       Application End-User Language Supported: English
*       Graphical user interface 2: SAP Enterprise Portal 7.0
*       Application End-User Language Supported: English
*       Graphical user interface 3: SAP WebGUI
*       Application End-User Language Supported: English.

Responsibilities
Planning
*       Identify owners and stakeholders of SAP UEM system
*       Define detailed project plan
*       Define artifacts required for status tracking and
communication

Validation
*       Test and configure SAP UEM monitoring templates, ensuring
target application is monitored to specification

Deployment
*       Perform or assist with SAP UEM server components deployment
*       Provide support in deployment of monitoring templates to end-
user desktops

Verification
*       Verify operation of SAP UEM server components to
specification
*       Verify successful deployment to end-user desktops

Launch
*       Confirm successful deployment to all end-user desktops.

SAP Project Implementation Manager Specialist responsibilities
include:
*       Creation of a project plan for technical implementation of SAP
UEM
*       Manage the project to time and scope identified in this
document
*       Ensure deliverables are created and delivered according to
project plan
*       Provide accurate and timely status and artifacts of the
Project.
*       Providing a single point of contact for all project
communications
*       Facilitating weekly meetings to review project status,
outstanding issues, and actions
*       Coordination of all project team members

Deliverables
SAP UEM Software Configuration Deliverables
*       SAP UEM Monitoring Template(s) for Graphical User Interface(s)
within Scope
*       One Analysis Template.
SAP UEM Installation Checklist
Upon successful completion of planning, validation, deployment, and
verification phases, Contractor will deliver a completed SAP UEM
Installation Checklist. SAP UEM Installation Checklist will consist
of:
*       Record of completed user acceptance testing by Customer
*       Implementation, installation and administration documentation
*       Record of configuration(s) of Universal Client Agent including
monitoring templates
*       Record of configuration(s) of the KnoaR Server components
within the customer environment
*       KnoaR Server, Console, Database, Analysis template
*       Record of the completed verification tests and results by
Contractor.

Education Services Checklist
Up to sixteen (16) hours of instructor led training, delivered remotely via
live web meeting and teleconferencing will be provided.
Contractor will
deliver a completed Education Services Checklist. Education Services
Checklist will consist of:
.         Record of training courses delivered, including attendees
and dates
.         Syllabuses and course materials (online and PDF format
available).
