• In depth Crystal Enterprise knowledge, version 9 or 10.

• SQL Server 2000, 2005 and MS Access database.

• Web programming using ASP, HTML, CSS, DHTML/JavaScript, and XML

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience using Cognos 8.2 and/or 8.3.
