Business Analyst with JAD sessions/brainstorming, storyboarding and early childhood program/pre-K child education/social services experience

Duration: 1 month (100 hours)
The Office of Information Technology Services is seeking to fill a short term (approx. 1 month) contractor assignment to facilitate a visioning and JAD type session for the Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS) Project using a storyboarding facilitation technique. The engagement will include prep and domain research time in advance of the facilitated session as well as documentation prep for the results of the session after the event.
Required skills and experience include extensive experience performing in the lead facilitator role for a brainstorming/JAD type session for IT applications development projects; extensive experience using the Storyboarding facilitation technique for brainstorming and critical thinking.
Desired but not required skills and experience include any pre-existing domain knowledge for early childhood programs & services, pre-K child education, and/or social services knowledge.
