Project Manager (PMP) with RFI/RFP, IT Architecture, quality assurance and government experience
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 1 year
Positions: 1

Responsibilities include:
•Identifying managing and documenting all issues
•Reviewing all materials regarding system functionality for assigned program areas
•Preparing written comments and changes regarding functionality for assigned program areas
•Ensuring proper stakeholder involvement
•Developing project reports
•Invoice review validation
•Monitoring progress of projects
Developing, Executing & Assisting with:
•Project plans, sub-project plans, and schedules
•Issue and risk management plans
•Change management plans, communications plans & quality plans
•Documentation required federal and state approvals (ex: PPM reports)
•RFIs & RFPs
Communication:
•Collect related subject materials from various IT, customer groups & personnel
•Logistical scheduling for training or other meetings, as needed.
•Prepare agendas, materials & minutes relevant to meetings
•Reviewing requirements changes and other materials
•Prepare presentations & internal/external communications
•Interacting with executive staffing & vendors
•Maintain communication with project team(s) regarding requirements, detail design & other deliverables
•Clarify policy & procedurals issues
Providing:
•Exploratory analysis & fact finding of projects.
•Ongoing capacity analysis
•Technical expertise
•Technical oversight: Architecture, SLAs development, testing & acceptance issues
Planning, Coordinating & Participating:
•Project, staff, budgeting & facilities planning
•Quality assurance & security reviews
•Meeting with DPI mgmt. and/or clients
•Guiding direction of project (stakeholders& technical groups liaison)
•Planning & implementation oversight of environments
•Reviewing all documents & deliverables, requirements changes & materials
•Validation & certification of projects
•Identification & analysis to resolve issues and risk
•Research & analysis resulting in recommendation for integrations, data conversion & implementation
Training:
•Assisting users with questions/issues
•Prepare technical documentation & instructions for hardware/software
•Testing efforts & installation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
PMP Certification
Minimum requirements include (One or all the following):
1.Graduate with (4) year degree from accredited college/university (with 9 semester hours in Data Processing) and min (10) years of Project Mgmt. Experience
2.Graduate with (4) year degree accredited college/university (in Computer Science, Information System Mgmt. or related curriculum) and Min. (5) years of Project Mgmt. Experience
3.Equivalent combination of education and experience of items 1 and 2 above.
