Design and develop a new on-line Traffic Data Management Analysis (TDMA) system.  Analyze system architecture and design of the existing DOS TDMA system and replicate all functionality in the new TDMA system.  Provide for an external field system to also have full editing capabilities and export modules to transfer data to the enterprise wide Oracle database TDMA production system on the SCDOT server.  The programs will be written in .NET or Oracle Forms.  This new system will be designed with programs to provide export of database information in formats needed for the existing Roadway Information Management System (RIMS).  A query module and reporting features will be designed and written in .NET or Oracle Forms for this new TDMA system. Continue conversion of the system to Oracle platform.  Bring in ATR (Automatic Traffic Recorder), classification and ramp data.”
