MS Dynamics CRM Consultant with .Net development, Active Directory (MSAD), documentation, training and customization experience

Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWIT) is looking to implement the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 2011 "cloud" application at the college. The CRM application is being implemented at LWIT as part of an effort to standardize (across departments), the communication, coordination and general activities that are conducted with outside entities. Among other things, these outside entities may provide LWIT with:
• Departmental support
• Student Jobs
• Student Internships
The consultant will have experience with installation, implementation and customizations of the CRM product and will assist LWIT in defining an architecture based on the needs and requirements of the organization. Work with the implementation partner to establish an implementation plan, specifying who is going to do what and when.
Customization of the basic field options that are unique to LWIT will be defined including:
a. Renaming of generic CRM entities to appropriate names for LWIT
b. Pick-list entries
c. Sections and their contents
Customizations based on the requirements
Unused CRM elements will be removed (hidden) from the LWIT CRM application
Organize CRM data views
Testing
Deliverables:
Updated system requirements and project scope
Working application implemented on MS Dynamics CRM
Acceptance by LWIT CIO and Exec Director, College Advancement
User documentation
2 hours training for up to 15 users in classroom environment
System Admin and IT support documentation with maintenance procedures
Application source code or equivalent
