• Object Oriented principles and methodologies
• WCF Services
• Language Integrated Query (LINQ)
Each individual proposed must have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining database driven, web-based applications. Each individual proposed must have:
• Demonstrated knowledge and minimum of five (5) years as a business analyst analyzing business needs, business rules, processes, and workflows and formally documenting them.
• Demonstrated knowledge and minimum of five (5) years of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software.
• Demonstrated knowledge and a minimum of five (5) years programming experience with the following development tools:
o Visual Studio
o C#
o ASP.NET
o Web Services
o Object Oriented principles and methodologies
o SQL Reporting Services
o SQL Server
o Visual Source Safe or Team Foundation Server
Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable of the Managed Education and Registry Information Tool (MERIT) data system
• Knowledgeable in principles of IT project management and methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in the DEL custom application framework
• Experience using Entity Data Object for data access layer
• Experience using Language Integrated Query (LINQ)
• Experience using Telerik UI controls
• CSS
• Web UI Design
• Work Flow Foundations
• User Centered Design
